Villa Boska (Istria - Režanci)

Villa Boska is a modern villa with a swimming pool, located in the village of Režanci, near Svetvinčenat. It is suitable for families and groups of up to 8 guests and features four bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine.The fully fenced yard features a private 32 m² swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. The fence is 1 metre high. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue and an outdoor seating area.The villa is an ideal base for exploring central and western Istria. Guests can visit the medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle in Svetvinčenat, explore numerous cycling and walking trails, or enjoy wine, olive oil and traditional Istrian specialities at nearby wineries and local taverns. Restaurants, cafés and small shops are located in nearby Svetvinčenat, just a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Recommended day trips include several Istrian destinations, such as Rovinj, Poreč, Bale, Pula and Fažana, where boats depart for Brijuni National Park.
