Cezar holiday home with a balcony facing the sea. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, safe, wi fi, parking. Distance 150 m from the beach, 50 m from restaurants, grocery stores and bus stations. Guests are supposed to pay town tax & insurance on a day of arrival. It is 1,5o E per adult a day, 1,oo E per children fromand 0,5o E per kids under age of 12.

House has 2 floors. On the gorund floor there is a room with bathroom inside, another bathroom with washine mashine,big living room with dinning room and kitchen. There is big terrace with barbeque. This terrace is covered so the guests can seat and enjoy sea view. On the first floor there are 3 another rooms with 2 bathrooms , working room. Two rooms are even conected with a big balcony round. Also there is big garden round the house. To get to the beach is only 5 min walking by steps or there is road also. You can choose sandy or litle bit rocky part of the beach.

Place is very quiet and separately from noise.

Shops, restaurant, bus stops are 5 min from the house. We can organize transfers to or from airport and other places.

Guests are supposed to pay extra town tax & insurance on a day of arrival. It is not included in the price. It is 1,5o E per adult a day, 1,oo E per children fromand 0,5o E per kids under age of 12.
The cleaning lady comes every day to change towels and linnen. Or if you need more cleaning we can arrange that but for extra fee.
