From this space, you have direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. An open gallery area provides additional sleeping accommodation with 1 sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, complemented by a flat-screen satellite TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. The ground floor comprises 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each equipped with individual air conditioning. One of these bedrooms features a private bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC, while the second is served by a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. A fully equipped open kitchen is also located on this level, alongside a separate shower and WC. The upper floor hosts a further 2 bedrooms, both identically configured with a French bed of 180 cm by 200 cm and individual air conditioning.
