Built in 2009 and fully renovated in 2022, Villa Seseli seamlessly blends rustic architectural charm with a beautiful interior and an inviting exterior. The villa offers guests 206 m2 of living space within a spacious property spanning 1059 m2. Fully air-conditioned, it accommodates a maximum of 8 people, with an optimal capacity of 6.

On the ground floor, there are two spacious rooms. In the first room, there is a king size bed 180x200 cm and if necessary it can be separated into 2 single beds measuring 90x200 cm, and a private bathroom. In the second room there is a king size bed 180x200 cm and a private bathroom with a shower with a curtain and a bathtub.

On the upper floor, guests can enjoy a spacious bedroom equipped with a king size bed 180x200 cm and a comfortable sofa bed for two measuring 160x200 cm. The bathroom with a shower with curtains is located outside the room.

The villa boasts a modern, fully-equipped kitchen where you can craft delectable meals for family and friends. A dining room with an 8-seat table invites shared moments. Enjoy a glimpse of the Adriatic Sea from the balcony while sipping morning coffee on a cozy sofa. Gather in the living room, adorned with two sofas, a coffee table, a TV, and chairs.

Step onto the outdoor terrace to discover a 32 m2 swimming pool with a 1.5-meter depth. A sun deck with 8 loungers beckons relaxation. The terrace also features an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, a covered dining table for 8, and a beautifully landscaped garden adorned with vibrant greenery and colorful flowers.

Villa Seseli's amenities extend to a separate toilet, a washing machine, and an iron. A food dispenser and crib are also available for your convenience. The villa's fenced courtyard ensures a worry-free play area for children. Three private parking spaces are provided.
