In the heart of Prigorje, surrounded by woods and vineyards, this property, consisting of two houses (which sleep 6 people) with a private swimming pool, is really special.

The main house has a spacious living area with a sofa, flatscreen TV and an elegant bar. A large window and glass door leading out onto the terrace, with a hot tub, overlooking the pool. Back indoors, there is a large dining table for 8, and, through an arch, a well-equipped fitted kitchen. The kitchen includes a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, fridge/freezer and kettle.

The annexe is linked to the main house by a vine-covered terrace with a shaded dining table for al fresco meals. The outside space has been thoughtfully designed. The private swimming pool is below the house next to a spacious terrace with tables and chairs and a large parasol. Beyond the pool, guests can relax on sun loungers. A separate terrace with a unique barrel table has a brick grill for outdoor cooking.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: A contemporary bedroom with a double bed, sofa, large fitted wardrobes, a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Under the pitched eaves of the annexe, this beautiful bedroom has a double bed, easy chairs, a large picture window with stunning views, a covered private balcony and an en suite bathroom.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

In the quiet countryside, the house is extremely peaceful. Guests will be spoiled for choice, whether exploring the historical surroundings and local vineyards, enjoying delicious regional restaurants, hiking or cycling through undisturbed nature or relaxing on the terrace by the swimming pool. Central Zagreb is just 45 minutes away. The city’s museums, cathedral and markets make an ideal day trip. Another option is the city of Varazdin (45 minutes). Varazdin’s daily market is one of the best in northern Croatia. It has over 300 stalls where visitors can buy the freshest local produce.

Franjo Tudman International Airport in Zagreb, is just a 35 minute drive away.
