Villa Terra Dalmatica is located in the peaceful village of Sikovo, near Biograd na Moru. This elegant, newly built villa with four bedrooms is ideal for eight guests, and can accommodate up to nine people, extra sofa bed in the living room for one person, size 100x190 cm.

Fully air-conditioned, Villa Terra Dalmatica offers perfect comfort with a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. The spacious dining area has a table for nine people, while the living room exudes a cozy atmosphere with a comfortable sofa bed, smart TV, Netflix, and satellite channels.

Each of the four bedrooms is equipped with comfortable beds measuring 160x200 cm and en-suite bathrooms with showers, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. The villa is child-friendly, with a crib and high chair available. An additional bathroom is located on the ground floor.

Stepping out onto the terrace reveals a view of the heated pool, which covers 32 m2 and is surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. In off-season periods, from March 29 to June 1 and from September 1 to November 1, the pool temperature can be up to 5°C higher than the outside temperature, depending on the weather conditions. From November 1 to April 1, pool heating is charged at 150 Euro per booking. In addition to the pool, the villa offers a sauna and a jacuzzi, which can be heated to 32°C, providing an extra touch of luxury. Barbecue lovers can enjoy the outdoor space with a grill and dining table.

Private parking offers two spaces, and an electric vehicle charging station is available at no extra charge.

The youngest guests will certainly enjoy the children's playhouse and slide, while a 150 m2 playground is available for football, basketball, badminton, volleyball, or tennis.

Villa Terra Dalmatica is equipped with top-notch fiber optic internet, providing incredibly fast and reliable surfing with speeds up to 100 Mbps, and potentially up to an impressive 1 Gbps.

Our guests will be welcomed upon arrival with a complimentary welcome package that includes two bottles of wine, a pack of four beers, two juices, mineral water, Coca-Cola, freshly baked homemade bread, prosciutto, cheese, pastries, and seasonal fruits and vegetables from our organically grown garden (potatoes, lettuce, cabbage, peppers, cucumbers, eggplants, zucchini, tomatoes, beans, and more), which is located on the property and available to guests in unlimited quantities. Additionally, one liter of homemade olive oil, sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee, Dolce Gusto capsules, sugar, as well as all necessary products for laundry and dishwashing, and toilet paper are provided.

We offer our guests a full concierge service, as well as the option to order lunch or dinner by prior arrangement with the host. The host has a traditional tavern within his house where you can enjoy authentic local specialties such as homemade prosciutto, cheese, fresh eggs, dishes prepared under the bell, grilled meats, fresh fish, or shrimp risotto, as well as spit-roasted meats. All of this can be organized and served in the tavern, in agreement with the host, allowing you to fully experience the authentic ambiance of Dalmatian cuisine and traditions.

The price for the fish menu is 50 euros per person, while the meat menu is 40 euros per person, including appetizers and drinks.

The nearest market is only 500 meters away, and Zadar Airport is just 18 kilometers away.
