Villa Terra & Aria Dalmatica is located in the peaceful village of Sikovo, near Biograd na Moru, and consists of two separate but adjacent villas. This luxurious oasis with a total of seven bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to fourteen guests, with a maximum capacity of up to sixteen.

Charming and fully air-conditioned, Villa Terra & Aria Dalmatica provide ultimate comfort with two modern kitchens, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. Each villa has its own dining area, one with a capacity for nine and the other for seven people, as well as spacious living rooms equipped with sofa beds, smart TVs, Netflix, and satellite programs, offering the perfect space for relaxation.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable: four rooms are equipped with 160x200 cm beds, while the other three have larger 180x200 cm beds. Each room has its own private bathroom with a shower, ensuring complete privacy for guests. For the little ones, there are two cribs and two highchairs available, and an additional bathroom is located on the ground floor of Villa Terra Dalmatica.

The terraces of these villas reveal two heated pools, one 32 m2 and the other 44 m2, surrounded by twelve sun loungers and an outdoor shower. During the spring and autumn months (from March 29 to June 1 and from September 1 to November 1), the pool temperature can be up to 5°C higher than the outside temperature, depending on weather conditions. From November 1 to April 1, the heating charge for the pools is 300 euro per booking. Guests can also enjoy two saunas and two jacuzzis, with temperatures up to 32°C, providing additional luxury. For barbecue lovers, both villas have outdoor spaces with grills and dining tables.

Private parking offers four spaces, and there are two electric vehicle charging stations available, all included in the price.

The youngest guests will enjoy a playhouse and slide, while the 150 m2 playground is perfect for football, basketball, badminton, volleyball, or tennis.

Villa Terra & Aria Dalmatica are equipped with top-notch fiber-optic internet, providing incredibly fast and stable browsing with speeds up to 100 Mbps, with the option to increase to an impressive 1 Gbps.

Our guests will be welcomed upon arrival with a complimentary welcome package that includes two bottles of wine, a pack of four beers, two juices, mineral water, Coca-Cola, freshly baked homemade bread, prosciutto, cheese, pastries, and seasonal fruits and vegetables from our organically grown garden (potatoes, lettuce, cabbage, peppers, cucumbers, eggplants, zucchini, tomatoes, beans, and more), which is located on the property and available to guests in unlimited quantities. Additionally, one liter of homemade olive oil, sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee, Dolce Gusto capsules, sugar, as well as all necessary products for laundry and dishwashing, and toilet paper are provided.

We offer our guests a full concierge service, as well as the option to order lunch or dinner by prior arrangement with the host. The host has a traditional tavern within his house where you can enjoy authentic local specialties such as homemade prosciutto, cheese, fresh eggs, dishes prepared under the bell, grilled meats, fresh fish, or shrimp risotto, as well as spit-roasted meats. All of this can be organized and served in the tavern, in agreement with the host, allowing you to fully experience the authentic ambiance of Dalmatian cuisine and traditions.

The price for the fish menu is 50 euros per person, while the meat menu is 40 euros per person, including appetizers and drinks.

The nearest market is only 500 meters away, and Zadar airport is just 18 kilometers away.
