Villa Nona Nina is the place where you will feel as if the time has stopped, experiencing complete quietness in an almost zen-like natural surroundings, but at the same time, a place where you can enjoy all the comforts of the contemporary technology, and stay connected to the whole world.

This is the place designed with loving memory of the owners' grandmother (Nona Nina) who lived here with her husband, and where the owners (sister Marghita and brother Bernard who renovated and built the Villa) visited all the time as kids, especially during the summer - preferring to spend time with their grandparents and playing in the village to the city life or seaside activities. This the place where everything was arranged with loving care and respect for the late grandparents, trying to stay in harmony with the nature, and with love for the region and all that it can offer. Besides peace and the proximity of the seaside (Rabac with its beautiful beaches is just 15 minutes’ drive away), this place offers itself as an ideal location to start an exploration of nearby historical town of Labin, but also Istrian food, wines/wineries/vineyards - and - last but not least - local people. It is up to you what you will choose. But no matter what you decide - you will always come back to the welcoming, comfortable and spacious old (but new) place, Villa Nona Nina. Like all grandmothers do, Villa Nona Nina be waiting for you with the open „hands “/doors.

On enclosed property it offers a swimming pool, covered terrace with seating set, barbecue, summer kitchen, parking for several vehicles, playground and separate toilet.



It consists of two separate living units, one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor.

The ground floor unit is suitable for 4-5 people and consists of living room with sofa bed for one person, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The first floor unit is suitable for 4-5 guests and consists of living room with sofa bed for one person, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
