Gorgeous home in Labin - Rabac

Located in eastern Istria and just a short drive from Rabac, Villa Lucia awaits your arrival. This charming villa has been built and furnished to provide a relaxing and peaceful holiday in the picture-perfect Istrian countryside. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 ensuite bathrooms. This fully air-conditioned villa has a TV and 2 SAT receivers, a PlayStation 3 and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Spend your days in the charming Istrian countryside sunbathing next to the pool or have fun while playing table football and darts in the villa. During April, May, June, September or October, the private pool in the garden can be heated with prior notice.

Villa Lucia is located in the village of Ruii, which belongs to the municipality of Sveta Nedelja in Istria County. Characteristic of this idyllic place are the traditional stone houses surrounded by rolling hills, fields and olive groves, guaranteeing a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

The first beach can be reached after a short drive and is located in Rabac, ten kilometres away on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula.

A wide range of cafes, restaurants, excursions and sports activities can be found in Rabac and the medieval town of Labin, which is about five kilometres from the coast. If you decide to visit Labin, we recommend strolling through the narrow, old streets and savouring a famous Croatian coffee with a beautiful view of the island of Cres. As the Croats say, drinking coffee with the obligatory conversation in good company is a kind of national sport in Croatia.
