Villa Diana, in the spacious garden, guests can enjoy a private pool with sun loungers, parasol and an outdoor shower. For the youngest, there is a children’s playground and a trampoline, while a basketball hoop provides fun and sports activities outdoors. Several parking spaces are also available. The property is fenced and offers complete privacy. On the ground floor, there is a traditional tavern with a kitchen and outdoor barbecue, equipped with a fridge, a dining table with benches and a comfortable sofa, perfect for preparing meals and spending time together. Guests can also enjoy a table football for extra fun. The separate ground floor unit is empty and locked, ensuring complete privacy for guests.The main living area is located on the first floor and consists of a living room with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for one child if needed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a balcony overlooking the surroundings. The house features three bedrooms – one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a 140 cm wide bed – as well as two bathrooms, one with a shower and WC and the other with a bathtub and WC.Villa Diana is only a few minutes’ drive from the historic town of Labin, known for its old town, art galleries and summer cultural events. Just ten kilometres away lies the charming resort of Rabac, famous for its crystal-clear sea and pebble beaches, ideal for families with children.
