A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. A terrace exit connects the living area directly to the outdoor space and the swimming pool.

On the upper floor, the 2 bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to suit a variety of guest combinations. The first bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, along with a private exit to the terrace. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct terrace access. A second shower room with WC serves the upper floor. Both bedrooms enjoy their own terrace exit, offering pleasant outdoor access throughout the property.
