The beautiful Villa Nikola is located in Istria, just three kilometres from the town of Labin. The location of Villa Nikola is ideal for all those wishing to escape the bustle of everyday life and indulge in a week of absolute relaxation. Villa Nikola is suitable for 10 persons (8 adults + 2 children). There are three bedrooms equipped with three double beds. Each bedroom has one extra bed. The bedrooms exude with spaciousness and quality interior, and each room has its own fully equipped bathroom. The additional tenth person can sleep in the living room. The living room is very spacious and opens up towards the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining room. Outside the living room, you will find a beautiful terrace which flows towards the sunbathing area where you will find lounge chairs and a beautiful pool of 30m2. There is also a newly built stone barbecue, where you can prepare many fresh meals with your family and friends.



The territory of the villa is very spacious and allows its guests to indulge in a number of activities such as: table tennis, billiard, trampoline, darts, PlayStation 3. The offer includes newly built sports facilities for tennis and soccer, a newly built stone house ideal for children, and a vineyard which complements the beautiful environment and where guests can stroll freely. The Villa also offers four bicycles so the guests can discover the beauty of Labin region and embark on an adventure - one of the most famous Istrian bicycle routes is in the vicinity of the villa! For all those wishing to enjoy in a week of absolute relaxation, but still engage in an active holiday, Villa Nikola is the perfect choice for you!
