Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room with large windows that let in the glittering light from the sea. From here, you can step out onto the large terrace with both a gas grill and a pizza oven – ideal for long summer evenings. The ground floor offers an additional bedroom, a laundry room, and another bathroom. The house is well-equipped with Wi-Fi, Apple TV, and space for up to eight guests. The view, the proximity to the sea, and the spacious layout make this house a perfect base for both relaxation and social gatherings.



Please note: On the ground floor, there is a small separate apartment where one person lives permanently. The apartment has its own entrance, and your privacy is fully respected.

• A deposit of 2500 SEK is automatically reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount will be released within one week after check-out, provided the house is left in approved condition.

• Bed linen and towels can be rented: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person respectively.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean the house themselves; cleaning supplies are available.

• Electricity is included in the rent; charging electric cars is not allowed.

• No smoking.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted, and parties are not permitted.
