The room design is very thoughtful and stands out from standard hotel styles, beautifully incorporating local Suzhou elements. Guests are welcomed with fresh fruit, complimentary bottled water, and a Suzhou city map, which shows the hotel’s attention to detail. It’s clear that this hotel is run with great care and passion. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

"지난 1월에 방문하고 너무나 만족스러워 재방문했습니다! 침구류가 너무 깨끗하고 무엇보다 직원들이 너무나 친절하고 배려가 세심했습니다! 여행중 신발이 망가져서 도움을 요청했는데 흔쾌히 집에서 접착제를 가지고와 직접 고쳐주었고, 늘 웃는 모습으로 대해주었어요! 아침식사는 화려하진 않지만 부담스럽지 않은 위주의 메뉴로 특히 국수가 너무 맛있었어요! 2층에 장기 투숙을위한 세탁실도 마련되어있고 운동장소도 있어요~ 직원들이 넘무 친절해서 여행내내 기분좋았고 떠나기 아쉬울정도입니다!"

"This is one of the most spectacularly designed hotels I have ever experienced. And I've been around. It feels like a garden oasis and museum just as much as a hotel. No cost to create a mesmerizing interior was spared. A far cry from the typical 5 star tower with predictable, boring environment. Breakfast was adequate but a little lame considering that everything else is just amazing here."

The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and there is a large shopping mall about 5 minutes away, so it's great for food and shopping. If I go near this city for a business trip again, I would like to visit this hotel again"

"This Holiday Inn actually adjoins the Hualuxe Hotel (both properties are owned by the IHG group). When you arrive, you check in at the Hualuxe reception area. A buffet breakfast is served on Level 1 of the Hualuxe property; guests also have access to the swimming pool on Level 3 of the Hualuxe Hotel. The properties are located in a fairly quiet, leafy area, and it's only a 12-minute walk to the Guangming Road metro station, from where you can get to the centre of Shanghai in just over an hour....
