Lovely Pool Villa in Exceptional Setting with View

The house is nestled in a green landscape landscaped and fenced 2000m2. It is quiet and you can fully relax during your holiday in Suzette. The site has a breathtaking view of the vineyards and our majestic Mont Ventoux. On the ground floor the living room is spacious, bright, very nice and functional. The kitchen is fully equipped and cooks or cooks can indulge in the culinary art for the delight of their guests. On the first floor you have 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. The 2 floors are equipped with WC. The living room on the ground floor gives direct access to the terrace. It is partially covered and offers a summer dining room in teak, deck chairs, and parasol. The pool is fully enclosed and secure. It has its own terrace for a sunbath (full if you want because there is no vis-à-vis). Linens such as sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. A barbecue is at your disposal for your grill. And do not forget our petanque court which is the joy of bowlers. Our pride is to receive the same guests who come back for 11 years to spend their holidays with us every year as they feel good here. It's your turn to discover this place of peace and beauty.

Provence and especially the department of Vaucluse is a magical place and full of charm. Between hills and valleys, with its hilltop villages, vineyards, small inns, tasting cellars of local wines, the region offers many choices of walks and excursions. Hikers and climbers will enjoy discovering the circuits of the Dentelles de Montmirail. Cyclists will compete against the famous Mont Ventoux so much feared by the riders of the Tour de France. Lovers of relaxation can simply visit our many villages and discover their little restaurants and terraces under the plane trees. Those who love history and architecture will enjoy visiting the sites near Vaison la Romaine, Les Baux de Provence, the fortified city of Avignon with its ramparts and the Palais des Papes. Those who love the local culture can blend in the wonderful markets of Provence, discover our delicious local products and enjoy dinner. Wine lovers will benefit from our tasting cellars that are everywhere in the region which counts the names of Beaumes de Venise, Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Chateauneuf du Pape ... and for those who fear to drive after the tasting, no problem because 2 vaults are 5 minutes walk from the house! There is something for everyone in our wonderful region.

If you arrive by plane, you will land in Marseille Marignane (MRS) and can then rent a car at the airport. You will take the A7 motorway to the north and take the Avignon Nord / Carpentras exit. If you arrive by TGV, you can choose Avignon TGV or Orange TGV as arrival station. Finally, those who arrive by road will go out to Orange if they arrive from the North and to Avignon Nord / Carpentras if they come from the South.
