"Clean. As described. Perfect for what we needed.There were people outside at neighboring houses in the evening (not loud just enjoying the evening). You could not hear them inside.Know that there is one set of steps to get to the main floor and another set of steps to get to the bedroom level. Great for most people but it would be hard for some.We would stay again."

"Maria was very easy to communicate with, we had some connection issues with the TV and she was quick to reply and provide an alternative while she waited for technical support. Our only comment and reason for a lower rating was that the listing indicated that there were two queen futons in the living room; however, they were just leather couches that did not fold down into a bed. The location was ideal and had everything we needed for our stay. "
