Unit Layout
The 3-room house spans across 165 square meters and is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a living/sleeping room measuring 22 square meters, equipped with two sofa beds (80 cm wide and 200 cm long), satellite TV, air conditioning, and a fan. This room also provides access to the garden and terrace. The kitchen area features four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dining table. Additionally, there is a bath/bidet/WC with a corner bath on this level. Moving upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one room measuring 20 square meters with a French bed (160 cm wide and 190 cm long) and air conditioning, and another room with a French bed of the same size and air conditioning. Both rooms have access to the terrace. There is also a shower/WC on the upper floor, and the house is equipped with underfloor heating.
