"Great property! Perfect size for 4 people. Conveniently located. Comfortable beds. Clean and well stocked. Nice little deck out back. Owner was very responsive and accommodating to an early check in request. Would definitely stay again!"

"We all had a good week and a good time at the Cottage. Your house is well suited for our stay, and we appreciate all the amenities you provided. The interior was clean, the kitchen well equipped (except we could have used one or two small pots), the bathrooms tidy, the bedding comfortable and the sitting areas relaxing. Access to the lake was a convenient and easy walk to the dock. We took advantage of the Kayaks and Paddle boards. We appreciate your hospitality and quick responses to our...

"The stay was great ! When we arrived it was right after the heavy rains that had some flooding that affected the dock access, but receded within a day. The home was is great order. We were informed of everything before arrival and chose to stay anyway ! The place is very nice and cozy, caretakers were very nice and accommodating with all that was happening at the time of our visit. Beautiful sunsets off the dock every evening. We will be back very soon !!"

"House is perfect for larger families or groups! Plenty of amenities and a great dock to fish off of. Pretty view, and very easy to access the property. Not too far from Danville, Roxboro or VIR. Since no house is perfect….the batteries in the remote for the TV need to be replaced. LOL. Other than that…house was perfect! Thank you! "

"We were working at V.I.R. Property is very close. First house on side street from small town area. A few restaurants and beer hall (live music) Has everything except spices. Keurig & coffees were very much appreciated! Has charcoal grill. Guess its a manufactured home. Super clean. New everything!! Don't hesitate to rent. Things that could be better: needs ceiling fans in bedrooms 2+3, outside picnic table so dirty it ruined friends white shorts, grocery store is a bit up the road. There is a...

"We had such a great experience. Jennifer was so helpful. Yall had thought of everything. Even down to us locking ourselves out. lol. The location and the house was perfect. We even saw some deer in the backyard. We will have this place saved if we get to make it back to Chatham in the future. "
