"Our experience was so bad that we stayed only one night instead the two we booked and paid. The photos of the property are absolutely misleading, there is absolutely no view from inside. The surrounding area is nice, just not from right at the house. The beds were absolutely horrible. And to add insult to the injury the host, located directly above the unit we stayed in, walked around and had conversations until after midnight. We could hear every word and it felt as if someone would fall thru...

"The property is very good, big rooms, with confortable beds, and nice kitchen. It should be a 10/10 hotel. But there is no staff available for support. The office works during few hours during the day (generally when we are visiting other places). No support from 7pm. I tryed to call the number given, no one answers. To wash the clothes is a battle. You need to book before. Same with the parking. It was said that there would be parking available. But when we arrived, after driving 3hrs, I discovered I had to book a parking slot and hat to manage to park somewhere else. They charge for everything extra. Trashbags, shampoo and coffee. We stayed for a week and had no cleaning service. And when you checkout, you must wash everything. Should I remind the owners that this is a Hotel? Even for airbnb we pay a cleaning fee. I almost forgot I was on vacations..."
