"They were renovating, so parking was horrible. There must have been a baseball & basketball tournament because lots of kids running up and down the halls late at night, sounded like basketballs dribbling on the floor. Young kids running unsupervised. Even sounded like the renovation crew was on floor above us working past 9:30 p.m. Hard to rest."

"Room appeared clean, but trash from previous occupants was found under the bed. No cooling mirror. Window blinds were broken and did not go up past 12 inches from the bottom. The room was dark even with the lights on in the bathroom had a dim light so no place good to put makeup on. Light switch is outside the bathroom so if you’re sleeping at night and you’re not the only one in the room, you have to turn the light on and open the door to the bathroom and it floods the room with light. "The friendliness they’re going over and behind to make sure everything is correct in your room before you check in. I requested the first floor and I got the first floor if you’re an animal lover your love this place because there’s cats outside waiting to greet you and when you came in, there were cats and there was a nice lady sitting in the archway welcoming you in. I highly recommend this place. I’m going back on March 28 and I’m staying here again. I just check to see if I could stay there...

"Very disappointed in my experience. I stay in a lot of hotels and I've never been a crime victim before. I had over $100 stolen and I think the staff were in on it. I would not feel safe to stay there or have my family stay there."

"Unfortunately, the age of this motel is showing to the extreme. Bed was lumpy at best, no place to put a suitcase except the floor or bed, no Kleenex. I feel badly for owners that do not have the funds to improve or update their property."

"The hotel is a good one - very convenient for me as I visit St. Clairsville fairly often. The property is clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet is fine and has decent coffee (important for me). Parking is plentiful and it’s so close to local restaurants. The only reason I don’t t give it 5 stars is because of the road noise - not terrible but you can hear it at night. Didn’t keep me from sleeping though. Overall good place to stay."
