Arrive, unwind, and enjoy the Grisons mountains: Our newly renovated vacation rental combines alpine charm with modern comfort. High-quality oak parquet flooring, warm color tones, and carefully selected materials that complement the mountain landscape create a stylish and cozy atmosphere.

The highlight is the 20 m² sunny terrace with a magnificent panoramic view of the mountain village of Bivio, the ski slope, and the surrounding mountains. With a little luck, you might even spot ibexes right from the apartment in winter.

The apartment is easily accessible by elevator from the underground parking garage and can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a modern open-concept kitchen, a cozy dining area with a corner bench, and a living area with a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. A fold-down bed and a sofa bed provide additional sleeping options.

Everything within walking distance – a car-free vacation

Once you arrive, you can leave your car in the garage: the ski lift, shops, restaurants, bus stop, and playground are only about 200–300 meters away. Many recreational activities start right in the village.

In winter, the cross-country ski trail and ice rink are practically right outside the front door. This makes it easy to enjoy your vacation without having to get in the car every day.

Indoor pool & sauna right in the building

After a day in the mountains, the large indoor pool right in the building invites you to relax. A sauna is also available.

The indoor pool is closed from around mid-April to mid-June and from mid-October to mid-December.

Winter in Bivio – authentic and diverse

Bivio offers approximately 30 km of natural snow slopes, including wide family runs, deep-snow slopes, and varied terrain. A professional ski school right in the village offers lessons for children and adults.

For the youngest visitors, there’s a dedicated Kids’ Area with a 140-meter-long magic carpet lift.

Bivio also has plenty to offer away from the ski slopes: cross-country skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing, snowkiting, ice skating, and sledding are all available right in the village or in the immediate vicinity.

The toboggan run is a special experience: you can be comfortably pulled uphill by the Pistenbock—then enjoy a roughly 2.3-kilometer toboggan ride back down toward Bivio.

Bivio is also an excellent starting point for ski tours into the high-alpine mountains and up the surrounding three-thousand-meter peaks.

Nature & Summer in Parc Ela

Bivio lies at 1,769 m above sea level in the heart of Parc Ela—Switzerland’s largest nature park. Here, the nature experience begins practically right on your doorstep. The pristine high-mountain landscape is home to ibex, chamois, deer, eagles, and other wildlife.

In summer, Bivio is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, and climbing. Numerous hiking and biking trails begin right in the village and lead through pristine side valleys, across alpine pastures, and up into the impressive mountain world surrounding the Julier Pass.

Directly above the village is a climbing wall with 11 different routes. Barbecue areas, mountain streams, and mountain lakes offer further opportunities for active and relaxing vacation days.

Fishing in the mountain streams or a trip to the nearby Marmorera Reservoir are also among the activities available around Bivio.

Perfectly located for excursions

Those who want to explore the surrounding area can reach St. Moritz, Lake Silvaplana, and Savognin in about 20 minutes by car. Bivio thus combines the tranquility and unspoiled charm of a small mountain village with easy access to some of Graubünden’s most famous destinations.
