"It was a great location for our multi-generational family vacation-- a short car ride to the Hull Cove Visitor Center in Acadia National Park. The street was a quiet private road. Our granddaughters and grand-dog had room to romp and play. Well stocked, well maintained and tastefully appointed.Everything about the home was perfect for us!"

"Absolutely gorgeous property! We wished we could have stayed longer. The host does an amazing job as the house is stocked with everything you need and more. Our grandkids enjoyed the playground and the game room and loved their bedroom. The tent in the cubby was so cute. Our granddaughter loved it. The property is also in a convenient area. Not far from town and Acadia Park. I would definitely recommend this property."

"Wonderful, comfortable home with great water views. It's a bit of a distance away from Bar Harbor and the main entrance to Acadia, but you won't find any listing like this on Mt Desert Island, so we didn't mind the drive to get to the places we wanted to visit. It's a fabulous place to come home to after a long day of exploring Acadia. "

"The property was beautiful and clean. There was a fire pit and wood and we sat out enjoying evenings looking over the ocean. We had 2 more people than they had kayaks and we asked the host where we could rent some nearby. He told us he would supply them and he went out and bought them the night before we arrived! Check in was easy - nothing! Check out was the least requirements we have ever had. The proximity to Bar Harbor and Acadia were a breeze. Hands down the best host I have ever...

"Very cozy. Very well laid out. Kids loved running the circle between the living room and kitchen. Holly, our host, was very helpful. More waste paper containers would be good. Light in master bedroom closet. We liked the large kitchen table and the big kitchen. Very comfortable living room. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. Needs new top. My 10 year old grandson enjoyed getting a nice, quiet fire going and roasting marshmallows. Also shelter for firewood. Thanks for a good stay."
