The Space:

⚠️ Units A and B are fully private, each with its own separate entrance. The two units are completely divided by an interior wall, with separate fenced backyard spaces for added privacy. To access one unit from the other, guests simply walk down the stairs, across the driveway, and up the opposite staircase.

⚠️ Important Things to Note (Please Read)

• Stairs required to access home

• Pools are not heated

• Guests should provide their own beach and pool towels

• Guests must provide their own propane for the Gas BBQ Grills

• Please feel free to use the pool/beach gear in garage of unit B. Please take care of the equipment so the next guest can enjoy it as much as you :)

• For our guests' security and safety, there is a Ring security camera located above the driveway overlooking the driveway, street, and front yard.

• This property is treated for Pest Control on the first Wednesday of each month from April to September, and bi-monthly otherwise

• The pools are cleaned twice a week from April to September, and once a week otherwise



🚫 House Rules:

- NO PETS ALLOWED - If you bring an undisclosed pet your reservation will be canceled

- Maximum of 36 guests

- No glass in the pool area

- No parties or events allowed

- The guest who books the property MUST be present during the booking & will be held liable for any damages

- Smoking on the property is PROHIBITED: $250 minimum fine for smoke damages



Interaction with Guests:

You will receive all of your check-in details - home address, door code, parking, Wi-Fi and more, 1 day prior to your stay
