Main Floor:
Walking in the front door is the family room featuring all new furniture including a sofa, love seat, ceiling fan and tv.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all your family needs. The table has seating for 4 with additional seating for 3 at the island. Just outside the door on the covered porch is another table and chairs for 4. Booster seat for children
All new appliances in the kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove. FlexBrew coffee maker so you can enjoy a single cup or pot of coffee.
Half bath just off family room and washer/dryer in closet. (Laundry detergent, and dryer sheets included)
Master bedroom has a King bed with a ceiling fan and tv. Ensuite spacious bathroom includes a jetted tub, shower, toilet and closet.
Second Floor:
Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 3 with Queen beds and one with two twin over twin bunk beds.
The first room to the right of the steps is the bunk room, twin/twin bunks sleeping 4. TV, dresser and closet space. Oceanview from the window.
The room across from the bunks is a Queen with dresser tv and closet space. Oceanview from the window.
Two full baths are in the middle of the hall both featuring a tub/shower combo.
Each room at the end of the hall to the left of the steps has a Queen bed , dresser, tv, closet space and an access door to the top deck. Top deck is covered with lighting.
Hair Dryers are included in each Bathroom, individually wrapped toothbrushes, travel tooth paste, guest toiletries, Q-tips and cotton pads, as well as feminine hygiene products are provided for your convenience
For Fun: Puzzles, games, and children block toys are at the home
The main deck has an outdoor table with chairs and sitting area to relax and listen to the waves crash ashore.
Steps leading to the home are covered
Sitting area under the house with a swing and chairs.
Upper deck has new sofa plus table and chairs and is covered.
Outdoor shower with hot/cold water to rinse off sand before entering the home.
An ice maker is located in the shower space.

Plenty of parking under home, can accommodate 2-4 vehicles.

Sorry no fur-babies allowed (feline or canine)
No smoking, vaping or drugs permitted
Must be 21 to operate the optional golf carts (valid driver’s license required and must abide by all Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage, or renter will pay applicable fines)

You must purchase all car passes from Ocean Lakes at $15.00 a day per vehicle, this does include the use of the amenities in the park
