But- if you want a cheap(er) place to stay and don’t care or expect even the minimum of comfort. This is your place. In total we had 10 adults, and 7 kids ranging from 1-16.(total of 5 families) We had more than enough space and never felt over crowded, but always felt close enough to be able to be together! "Well, the property was good, although there are a number of maintenance items that should be addressed. The destination is one we will not likely repeat (not at all a problem with the owner of the property), but the lack of drinkable water and the odor of the water from faucets made a big difference to us. "The house and location was perfect. The access to beach was easy. Everything we needed was there. We had family in two other beach houses near us and ours was the best, hands down. The property manager was great and it was super easy to communicate with him. Will definitely use this beach house again."
