Wonderful Vacation Home

We booked this home the week of the 4th and it was our first time staying in ocean village. Terri and Liz did an amazing job with communicating and the house was WONDERFUL. Location to the exit was close, and drive to the beach was not bad.

Great Vacation

Our family enjoyed our week at the beach. The house was beautiful, spacious, and the cleanest place I’ve ever rented. Owners are easy to contact and have provided everything you need for a great vacation. This was our first time at Oceanside Village and we would definitely stay again. Loved the private beach access and the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

Fantastic house!

We had an amazing stay! Owners were very responsive and house is absolutely beautiful! Everything we could need and then some! Very convenient location and the golf cart was an added bonus. Also very friendly and welcoming turtles! 🐢 😊

Girls Get Away

Perfect place for a getaway our second time staying here. Teri is a wonderful host and provides everything for you. In addition the location is perfect. Spent one day in barefoot Landing, and another day in Georgetown plenty of things to do and things to see love sitting on the deck, watching the turtles And the geese and making memories with friends .

Great place to stay

I really hate to say how wonderful this house was because it may be harder to get in the future! lol The host was wonderful and made our stay more enjoyable. The house had everything that we needed with extra little touches, from shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even a toothbrush in case you forgot yours. Also, they provided a few snacks to get you started! We loved feeding the turtles, geese and ducks. The beds were comfortable too! We look forward to coming back!

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time. Went to beach almost everywhere. Took a ride on the Waccamaw River Tour and Dolphin tour. They were both great. Ate plenty of great sea food. We love the Conch Cafe!! Spent some awe family time together. We loved the house we stayed it in. Teri and Liz the host were great people and so very helpfu. The house was very clean and smelled so good when we got there. We loved our vacation. Thank you Teri and Liz for sharing your house.

Great Vacation

we each enjoyed our stay. the home was exactly as described plus more. anything extra we found ourselves needing the owners already had on hand for us to use. both of our daugthers really enjoyed feeding the birds on the back porch. very thoughtful of the owners to have food for us to use to feed them when making my booking the owners were very quick and responsive and made my booking process very easy. owners were also very kind each time i had questions going foward.

Debbie Downer did not spoil our vacation

We unfortunately we had tropical storm Debbie the week of our stay. We stilled enjoyed family time. The house was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved feeding the geese ducks and even got to see Stella. We loved riding the golf cart. The owners were quick to response if you needed or had questions. Look forward to going back for our next family vacation.

Wonderful property to relax with comforts of home!

Our family loved our stay. Everything you need to be conviently on the go or stay in if there is rain. Property was very clean and exactly as described. Great property for families. Easy check out protocols (ty for including linens!) :)

Great place to stay, plenty of open space for our family of 6 adults traveling with an infant!! Owners are very attentive, just a phone call or text away- you could tell that they really wanted you to enjoy yourself & have a wonderful vacation.

Great place to relax!!

Terri was easy to communicate to. When arriving there was a few things that I contacted her about and she was quick to respond and handle them. The house was beautiful and spacious! Everything was just a golf cart ride away.

Great getaway

Very cute and clean house. It was well stocked with all the kitchen necessities. I was pleasantly surprised how clean the house was and how much bigger it seems in person. Very comfortable and fun place to stay. The location was perfect with private access to the beach. The golf cart was a big hit with the family. The pier at Surfside beach is a great place to go and enjoy nature. Great town with a big selection of restaurants and activities.

Beautiful, clean and convenient location!

We enjoyed a fun and relaxing long weekend getaway with family and friends. Teri and Liz were fabulous hosts. They were very organized, informative and easy to get in touch with if needed. Their home is very clean, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the natural habitat in the yard is amazing. We spent lots of time watching the turtles, ducks and residents Swans. The golf cart was a nice addition for a quick ride to the beach, pool or a ride around the community. Their is a grocery store and many other stores and restaurants right outside of the complex. Teri and Liz thought of everything to make you feel at home. We will definitely be back.

Wish we could give 10 stars!

From the time we booked Teri was very responsive and communicated with us throughout the process. She even text us the day before our arrival and said we were clear to check in early (12:00) since there were no renters there before us! Access to the gated community was so easy we never left our vehicle upon arriving. Getting inside the house was also very simple via entering a 4 digit code on the door lock. Once we were in we immediately noticed how clean and neat everything was, and how nicely our beds were already made and waiting on us to relax and enjoy. Everything from the peaceful evenings on the deck enjoying the small lake in the back yard to the extra amenities such as snacks, bottled water, shampoo, soap, etc made our stay one of the most enjoyable yet while at the coast. We will definitely be calling Teri again. Soon!

As advertised!

The house was exactly as advertised ... Clean, tidy and comfortable. My family of five found it had enough room and home comforts. We especially enjoyed the swan and turtles off the back deck. The cracked corn for the birds was a nice touch. The host was responsive to our questions and we had a great time.

Forever Friends

Perfect place for get away- plenty of space and we felt pampered by Teri our host.She thought of everything from snacks to toothbrushes. Close to anything you might want to do or just relax on the deck enjoying the geese.

Great house-close to beach-golf cart-feathered friends

The location was great and the house was fantastic. The feathered friends were a daily attraction and we appreciated the food that was already at the house to feed them. With rainy weather for 3 days plenty of shopping areas were close by to fill the day with. When the weather cleared the golf cart was fantastic to use to go to the beach. Restaurants everywhere with great water views.
