• No smoking inside the condo

• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM

• HOA disturbances may result in a $200 fee

• No glitter or confetti—$250 cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken

• We reserve the right to end any rental if rules are not followed or the condo is not properly maintained
