The Space:

Step into this inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo, perfectly positioned just steps from the pool. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a smart TV. It also boasts a private en-suite bathroom with a convenient tub/shower combo. The bathroom also has a hall access door that can be locked out for additional privacy. The second bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds, a smart TV, a closet, and a large dresser. Adjacent to this bedroom is a bathroom with a stand-up shower. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area creates a welcoming space for family gatherings. The dining table seats four, with two additional bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. Step outside to the screened porch, a perfect spot to relax and unwind, shielded from the sun and free from mosquitos, while the pool deck offers outdoor gas and charcoal grills.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property and shared access to the pool deck. Entry is by a keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours to check in.



The Neighborhood:

Golf Colony Deerfield is an ideally located, quiet and comfortable resort in the heart of Surfside Beach and very close to so many great options. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access, you will be almost anywhere on the South Strand in under 15 minutes!



Getting Around:

Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. Though Uber is available in the area, it may be limited at times.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
