The space:

Our property is a spacious 5-bedroom home designed to provide comfort and relaxation during your stay.

Living spaces:
The upstairs open plan living space features a fully equipped kitchen, 4-seat kitchen island, 10-seat dining table, fireplace, 75" TV and two lounge areas - all with beautiful 180° ocean views. The downstairs living area includes a 85" TV with a comfortable L-shape sleeper couch - perfect for movie nights.

Bedrooms:
1) Master Suite One (upstairs): Unwind in luxury with a King size bed with ocean views and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, bath and double vanity.

2) Master Suite Two (downstairs): Experience comfort in our second master suite with full ocean views, featuring a Queen size bed, lounge chairs and a dedicated ensuite bathroom with a shower and vanity.

3) Bedroom 3 with a Queen size bed (downstairs): A tastefully appointed room with a Queen size bed, with direct access to the back deck and BBQ area.

4) Family-Friendly Triple and Single Bunk Room (downstairs): Perfect for families or groups, this room boasts a triple bunk bed and an additional single bunk, with direct access to the backyard.

5) Bunk Room with Office Desk (upstairs): Whether catering to younger members of your group or those in need of a workspace, our bunk room offers versatility. Featuring two sets of single bunks and an office desk, giving you flexibility to suit diverse needs.

6) Downstairs Sofa Bed: The downstairs living rooms features a double sofa bed with a comfortable mattress. Additional linen available on request.

All bedrooms have quality beds with 100% cotton bed linen.

Bathrooms:
Two ensuite bathrooms, a separate bathroom with a bathtub and shower and two powder rooms (upstairs and downstairs).

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped incl. high quality cookware, Japanese knives, a range of coffee equipment and an ample selection of serving ware. The kitchen also has a double door fridge and freezer and a 5-plate gas cook top and large oven - perfect for family dinner nights.

Rear deck, BBQ, hot tub, and Backyard:
The rear outdoor area features a large BBQ, plenty counter top space and a comfortable 10-seat outdoor dining set - perfect for Al Fresco dining!
A large grassed backyard is complemented by an 8-person hot tub, perfect for relaxing on colder nights!
