"This is our 2nd year staying at this cottage. We love the easy access to the beach right off the back deck. The views are gorgeous from inside the home and from the deck. The interior is very colorful and welcoming. We love Holden Beach and we plan to go back again next year and stay in this home once again."

Everything was in order and operational except for the lift and we were notified ahead of time about that. Would like to stay again sometime. Jason & Linda did a great job of communicating what items are there for guest use and what the guests need to provide on their own. There were no surprises except for the bedrooms (which were ALL lovely) the pool and tiki bar area (perfect for family gatherings) and the extremely well stocked kitchen with every dish, pan and gadget you could possibly need. Well done - we will be back!"

"We stayed at this condo for our yearly spring break girls’ trip. It was perfect! We watched dolphins from the balcony and were walking distance to several great restaurants. The ocean was only steps away and we found shells and sharks teeth every time we went out. The owners have special touches throughout the condo including a sweet treat for fur babies! "This home is beautiful and everything it seems to be online and more. My main complaint is that it is an inverted floor plan (which it clearly stated!! ) and everything is on the top floor. This is not the fault of the advertisement, we just did not realize how much climbing that many stairs would hurt our older knees. This place REALLY needs a lift or an elevator!
