"This is a beautiful home on the 2nd row of Holden Beach. All of the bedrooms are fully equipped with comfortable beds and TV’s to enjoy as you fall asleep. The two living room spaces were perfect for our family to enjoy. The pool out back, along with the amazing Tiki Bar, brought hours of fun to our group. The property owner, Shea, is incredibly responsive and provided all details before our trip. If you want a relaxing beach home to spend quality time with your family, this is the one!"

"This is our 2nd year staying at this cottage. We love the easy access to the beach right off the back deck. The views are gorgeous from inside the home and from the deck. The interior is very colorful and welcoming. We love Holden Beach and we plan to go back again next year and stay in this home once again."

"We made the carport into a reception area and had a wedding on the beach. It was a great space for this use. We had to trim the tree off the steps to the front door. A little landscaping would help. We also replaced all the bulbs to the lights in the carport. Overall though it was just what we needed."

"Lovely beach house. Well equipped kitchen. Loved the private pool! Lots of pool items for kids and teens. Sufficient chairs for the adults. The pictures of the house were accurate. The home owner answered all questions in a timely manner. If we go back to Holden Beach will definitely stay again. We had a blast."

This has to be the most comfortable place I’ve stayed in; from the furniture to the special touches like toiletries we may have forgotten and a well-stocked kitchen. The location is great too, the walk to the public accesses available are no issue at all! Clean, comfortable, quiet and accessible. That’s all you need for a vacation! "

"Great little beach house for my husband and I. The king bed was comfortable as was the den furniture. The porch looking at the ocean was great! There is a public walkway just to the right of the house that we used to take our stuff to the beach. I wish the house had rocking chairs but, I knew this upfront based on the pictures so I brought my own. It is a great little beach house with an old-school vibe and we would definitely rent this property again. "
