Check-in was easy and the rental company was attentive to our questions, etc. However, the house leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, the house was not very clean and the kitchen was not well stocked if you plan to make meals, etc. Additionally, the microwave oven didn't work at all during our stay. Someone came out, but it was not able to be fixed; it needs to be replaced. IMO, the entire place needs an upgrade. We were told that it is under new ownership and that they plan to do renovations in the off season. I hope so. The stairs inside the house go from ground level to the 3rd floor. I've never seen anything like it. It is very dangerous, especially for little kids and elderly. Definitely something to consider. The location was really good, but given the condition of the house and the staircase, we would not rent here again nor would we recommend it to others.
