Inside, the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area creates a bright and inviting space where everyone can gather after a sun-soaked day at the beach. Whether you’re sharing meals, playing games, or relaxing with a movie, there’s plenty of room to spread out and unwind.

Each of the four uniquely themed bedrooms adds a touch of beachside charm and comes fully equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, nightstands, closet, and cozy sleeping space. Pick your favorite seaside retreat:

The comfortable living area features a couch, loveseat, 2 side chairs, and a large flat-screen Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows. (Don't forget your usernames and passwords), Plus a book collection and a variety of board games for family fun. A handy bulletin board keeps you in the know with local tips, tide charts, concert schedules, and nearby happenings.

The dining area offers a high-top table seating up to 6—perfect for meals or game nights—while the fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to big family dinners. You’ll find large stock pots, platters, serving bowls, waffle maker, griddle, crockpot, blender, air fryer, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig. The spacious island seats up to 6 more, making it a favorite gathering spot.

Step outside and soak in the coastal vibes! Relax on the porch swings, enjoy meals at the 12-foot picnic table with overhead lighting, or catch a refreshing ocean breeze in the shade. Additional perks include ample storage for beach gear, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, an extra refrigerator, beach toys, beach chairs, coolers, and boogie boards—everything you need for easy beach days. Expanded parking easily accommodates vehicles and boats, and charcoal grills are available for outdoor cookouts.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals. Towels are not provided but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.
