Spread across three levels with elevator access, this home features an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and abundant windows that fill the space with natural light and endless ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern stainless-steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and a convenient wet bar — perfect for preparing family meals or mixing evening cocktails. Gather around the dining table or relax in the living area while taking in the breathtaking ocean backdrop.

Each of the four bedrooms includes its own private bath, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. Three bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans for added convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the ultimate coastal lifestyle. Swim in the private pool (heater available for a surcharge) or unwind on any of the three spacious decks with rocking chairs and unforgettable ocean views. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, then watch the sunset over the water with a glass of wine in hand. Ample parking is available for up to six cars.

Included with Weekly Rentals:

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals. Towels are not provided, but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

(Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional supplies once starter items are used.)

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for an additional fee. Pools heat to a maximum of 87–88°F, approximately 8–10°F above outside temperature. Pool heaters will not operate if air temperature is below 55°F and are unavailable June–August. Please call for details.
