Near local restaurants, grocery store, marina, and bridge. Wireless internet is provided, and outdoor showers are on the boardwalk between buildings.

The entire exterior of the building was updated, as well as the shower facilities, decks, porches, and a walkway to the beach was added. This home does not have a grill, but you can rent one for the week through one of the local beach equipment rental companies.
