This lovely boulevard gem is the perfect home for your next Holden Beach vacation. Not only are you steps away from the community-deeded beach access across the street, but there is also a private swimming pool to enjoy long days in the sun! This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/a maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details, as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance. There is plenty of outdoor space to lounge by the pool in the shade or the sun, and plenty of covered decking to soak up the ocean breezes. There are even partial views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean from the street-side deck and marsh views at the end of Shell Drive from the back deck. Inside, you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open floor plan that boasts lots of natural light and cheerful decor! The large dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and there are 4 more seats at the kitchen bar to enjoy meals together! The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements if needed; however, linens are not provided for the sleeper sofa.
