A spacious sun deck with built-in seating and a fish-cleaning sink overlooks the canal, providing the ideal spot to take in the views.

Inside, the comfortable living room includes a new 55" smart TV, with additional TVs in every bedroom. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi and enjoy thoughtful touches such as ceiling fans throughout, an extra freezer, and ample storage. An enclosed two-car garage provides secure parking and a dedicated storage area available for guest use.

After a day on the water or at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and unwind on the deck as the sun sets over the canal.
