This beautiful home offers 2 separate living spaces, 2 kitchens & 2 private entrances (no interior access) to provide plenty of privacy for everyone!

Gold's Getaway" This charming coastal cottage offers plenty of privacy with 2 totally separate living spaces. On the main level, your family will love the bright and cheerful living room, dining room & kitchen combination, with beautiful furniture, modern updates, and decorated with a coastal feel. The kitchen has with subway tile backsplash, cabinets, modern countertops, appliances, and is well-stocked with everything you would need for creating gourmet meals at home. You will discover 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this main level. On the ground level, you will appreciate the comfortably furnished, bright and spacious living room, dining room & kitchen combination. You will appreciate the well-equipped, full kitchen on the ground level. You will also discover 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on this level.

Accommodating up to 12 guests, Bedroom #1 is located upstairs on the main level, offering a Queen bed and a full private bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 is located upstairs on the main level, offering a Quuen bed, and shares the full hall bathroom (shower only). Bedroom #3 is located upstairs on the main level, offering two Twin beds, and shares the full hall bathroom (shower only). Bedroom #4 is located on the ground level, offering a Queen bed and shares the full hall bathroom (shower only). Bedroom #5 is located on the ground level, offering a Twin/Twin bunk bed, and shares the full hall bathroom (shower only). You will appreciate the Queen sleeper sofa (bed linens not provided for sleeper sofa) located in the ground level living room.

You will appreciate the quick walk to the public beach access at the end of the street, approximately 700 feet from the house. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water. From the covered deck you might catch a glimpse of island wildlife, or simply enjoy the warm island breezes and picturesque views! Rock your cares away on the covered front deck, or enjoy your mornings and evenings on the deck while sipping your favorite beverage, and watching the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets! Pet Friendly: $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Additional Fees will apply for more than one dog. Guests must crate pets when they are left in the home unattended.
