Each level features a private outside entry, and the kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The spacious family room opens to shaded porches and a sun deck, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze. Outdoor amenities include picnic tables, charcoal grills, enclosed outdoor showers, and a private walkway leading directly to Holden Beach's wide, world-class shoreline. Additional features include LCD TVs in the family room and master bedroom, WiFi, and a washer and dryer located in a finished utility room.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats are provided for weekly rentals.

A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. (Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Please note that Dune Deck is available as a single combined rental (North and South together) during Prime Season. Outside of Prime Season, guests may enjoy a $100 discount on the total rental fee when both units are rented together.
