The home is thoughtfully equipped with an elevator, a well-appointed kitchen featuring dual appliances and an ice maker, and a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings. Step outside to enjoy the private pool (heater available with surcharge), multiple covered decks, and a ground-level gaming area perfect for entertainment and relaxation. The upper level boasts a private master suite complete with a sitting room and its own oceanfront deck. An additional sleeper sofa is located in the third floor sitting area. All bedrooms include ceiling fans and TVs.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, expanded cable, washer and dryer, a garage for guest use, a private boardwalk to the beach, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill—everything you need to enjoy the best of island living.

Strict 3:00 PM Check-In
Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8–10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the outside temperature is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June–August. Please call for more details.
