This comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a traditional stone house in the very center of Supetar.

House is first row on the seafront so you will enjoy beautiful view on the sea which is only 7m away, Supetar and the land across.


**** About the apartment:

You'll love to stay in this comfortable apartment in the very center as your base for exploring Supetar and island Brac.

It's located on the 2nd floor of a renovated traditional stone house in the very center of Supetar.

House is first row on the seafront so you will enjoy in beautiful view on the sea which is only 7m away, Supetar center, port and the mainland across.

Apartment has a south-west orientation so you are able to enjoy romantic sunsets too.

Nearest pebble beach is just 4 min walking from the apartment. There are also few other beaches (concrete, pebble and sandy) within 10-15 min walking.

Apartment has two bedrooms together with living room and kitchen with dining area.

Master bedroom which is also a living room has one cozy double bed, smart LCD TV, wardrobe and an air condition unit.

Smaller bedroom has one sofa bed that sleeps two people.

Kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave oven and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal when you decide to.

Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

Wi-Fi high-speed internet, iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.

Washing machine is in the owners apartment and can be used once per week free of charge.

Everything in Supetar is within just few meters or minutes walking from the apartment - restaurants, caffe bars, beaches (sandy and pebble), banks, post office...

Two parking lots are available - free city parking 3 minutes of walk from the house and paid parking 15 meters from the house.

This apartment is only available for visitors who recognize it as the best deal to boost their pleasure of visiting Supetar.

**** House rules:

One night stays are surcharged +30%.

For two or more night stays there is no surcharge.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Apartment is not suitable for pets.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Except that - just enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have the exclusive access to the apartment and its terrace.

There are no shared areas in or around the house.

As apartment is located in the center of Supetarthe parking place is not provided, but we will show you a free parking within 3 minutes walking from the apartment.

Paid parking is just 30m away.


**** The Neighbourhood:

***** Supetar - the biggest place on the Island Brac:

Supetar with it's 3500 habitants is the biggest town on the island Brac, only only 50 minutes of a ferry ride away from Split, the biggest town in Dalmatia. Supetar, in spite of being the biggest town on Brac is still only small mediteranian place made for comfortable living and everything is nearby: beaches, restaurants, shops, banks, post office, hospital, various sport centers...

Supetar is economic, cultural and tourist center of the island of Brac. Beautifully beaches, good connection with the world and rich tourist offer are the reason why this typical Mediterranean town is one of the most important tourist destinations on the Adriatic.

An entire island and Supetar are famous for the tourism and production of best quality olive oil, wine, figs, mandarines, first-class lamb meat, white marble and above all kind people.

Maybe the best recommendation for Supetar is written by the bigest Croatian poet Tin Ujevic, who was often visiting Supetar:

" ...Supetar is really the place for ideal holiday..."


***** Island Brac - a continent for itself:

This parol is fully describing Brac, island of rich culture and history. Brac contains all stuffs necesary for individually functioning (fishing, agriculture..). The most famous product of island Brac is a white marble, which built "Diocletian Palace", "White house" and Vienna´s opera.

It is the highest island in the Adriatic sea, and with lot of his picturesque little places and unique nature is the best invitation to explore it!


**** Getting around:

Bus station, ferry port, taxi, rent a car, bike or motorcycle are all within 3 minutes walking from the apartment.


***** Excursions and places to go from Supetar:

If you would like to go to outside the Supetar to explore beautiful nature and historical places, there are many excursion possibilities.

Supetar is near two locations under the protection of UNESCO - Trogir and Dioklecijan palace in Split.

You can also visit various famous locations on Brac such as Blaca desert, museum of Brac in Skrip, or you can enjoy on the most beautiful beach on the Adriatic, Zlatni rat in Bol. Excursion boats can also take you to island Hvar and to the canyon of the river Cetina and Omis.

All these contents are guarantee of an interesting and beautiful vacation that brings repeated visitors to the Brac and Supetar for many years.
