"Friendly staff and clean"

"Close to venue event. Great stay."

"Staff was great. Breakfasts had good choices. Our room had a clogged shower drain. Staff offered to move us, but it was late. We called again in the morning and maintenance came right up and fixed it. This applies to maintenance of the property; if housekeeping cleaned the shower after the last guest they would have seen the problem almost immediately. Overall, our stay was good."

"We had a Kitchen in theory, as we had no microwave and no pots and pans to use for the stove/oven. The fridge didn't keep things very cold. The wifi was spotty and not particularly reliable as we had to use our cellphone as a hotspot. We had to ask for the password and network. Basically, if you want a basic crash and burn place this is fine. The AC was fine, but there were no trash cans in the room. "

"Newer hotel. They could have done a better job with noise insulating. People in room above I’m sure were just walking but it was very loud. Most annoyed by not having signs of hours the exterior doors allow key cards to work. Got back to the hotel at 11pm went to use the key and it wasn’t working. Ended up having to walk all the way around to the front to end and then get back to our room on the back side of the hotel. Simple sign would have educated me on not parking there with small kids I...

"The front desk and staff was very nice. But the property did smell like smoke, which is understandable because there may be smoking rooms available somewhere. Other than that - no complaints! "

"This was a room that smelled like mold and smoke. Ashes were left by the phone. I couldn’t even stay there . Had to book at a different hotel and expedia wouldn’t return my money. Never using expedia again!!! Rip off company"
