"I tried to cancel my trip and can’t get ahold of anyone. They told me to contact you guys. I want a refund for never even staying there!!!!"

"The property was clean, cozy and comfortable. We found everything we needed and then some. We had a very short stay and early morning so we did not take advantage of the waffles, however, everything was neatly and thoughtfully provided to indulge if we wanted to. We found check in and check out a breeze. Thank you for the comfortable stay!"

"It was not clear that there was no toilet in the unit, but it was stated in a way for the reader can reasonably make the assumption it was in the unit. Otherwise, as a frequent UTI sufferer, I would not have chosen this type of accommodation. The flashlight did not work, so we could find the outhouse in the middle of the night. The bed was way too hard and felt like we were sleeping on a big table at the doctor's office. It was very cold at night, and we did not trust the heater provided. ...

"An absolutely perfect Montana retreat! The rustic look of the cabin made you feel like you were visiting 100 years ago while inside made you feel right at home. The location was amazing for accessing the Clark fork and near by hiking trails. Would absolutely visit again. Thank you!"

"My wife and I don't do much camping, so Glamping appealed to us as a fun way to "rough it" for a couple nights. The Bigfoot dome was perfect. Host Trina made sure we had everything we needed for a clean, comfortable, warm, and pet friendly stay. From the spectacular views, to a sky filled with stars, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again."

"Liked location Parking lot was terrible shape. Lighting poor, especially where we're specifically told where to park....weird. Bathroom heater did not work. Was a rusted up base board heater. Should gave removed / replaced a long time ago. Poor door securtity, simple household door knows. No hallway exterior locked door. Inner hall door propped open with rock / door closer need fixed. Breakfast was minimal. Normally warm food in other motels was b in fridge, subsequently leading to line for...

"We had a nice couple of nights in the Cougar. We did hear the trains at night, but went right back to sleep after. The location was very walkable as well. Overall it was a lovely weekend."

"Such a fun property- amazing outdoor space. Perfect for a stopover night for our Montana adventure. Only minor issue we had was how hot the loft was- made it difficult to sleep. Everything else was great."
