"This was a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful location. A Great combination of mountains and ocean. The house was very clean, neat, and tidy. Towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, and shower products are provided. While this is a compact Japanese house, it felt very spacious to me. "It was nice location, very near from a tram/bus station and city center of Dogo and Matsuyama. There are some supermarkets, onsens and post office in 15-minutes walk. The accommodation itself was just a house and it's located in the residential area so it was very quiet. 住宅地のど真ん中にあり、普通の民家でした。いい意味でも悪い意味でも「暮らすため」の家ですので、羽目を外し過ぎないよう、泊る側は気を遣う必要があるかと思います。でもその分、キッチンや洗濯機があり、長逗留や、松山に土地勘のある人なら、価値を利用し尽くせる滞在場所と言えるかと思います。 "

"景色は抜群に良いところです。ただ、施設の中の掃除が行き届いていなく、オーブンやホットプレートが置いてある棚は埃だらけでした。施設の解説がネット上であまりなかったので、よく分からず、2人で利用しましたが、どうやら大人数で利用する施設だったようです。スリッパや外履きサンダルが10人分くらい玄関口に置いてあるのを見て気づきました。もう少しサイトに詳しい情報（冷蔵庫に食材を入れてくれるとか、調味料は何がある、サランラップやホイルはない、菜箸はないので持参を！等）が予約前に分かると良かったと思います。この宿泊施設は電話で直接オーナーと話せるわけではないので、よく分からないまま行くといった感じで、不安を感じる部分があります。エアビーのようにオーナーと話せると良いと思いました。"

"Room was clean but random hairs left behind. I traveled with spouse and 8 year old child. When I asked for a towel, there was a 100 yen charge so I declined and we shared a towel. When I parked there was no explanation of the charges or how it worked. Very limited English. It’s okay that I had to pay but to call my room at 2200 to have me come down and pay was inconvenient and inconsiderate. If explained, then that could have been arranged during check-in. The room was small for 3 persons and the bed was hard. When they cleaned the room it was left with more random hairs and the bed made but cups were left uncleaned. For a normal hotel service usually those are cleaned being that there are no dish soap in the room or dish cloths. The breakfast was subpar we did not eat it as it was not appealing. The best part of our room was the bathroom. Water was hot and my child enjoyed the bath. When we asked for another pillow a blanket they tried to charge for that as well. Check out was simple however at 1000. We asked for 1100. Came down at 1030 and charged 1000 yen. "

"I enjoyed the stay here. The room was small but thoughtfully designed so everything was there and easy to reach. Breakfast was quite good, the onsen was nice. Instead of a cotton yukata there were nylon pants and shirt which wasn't as nice but worked. The only drawback is that the hotel is on a pedestrian mall that caters to night life and doesn't really have nice restaurants or interesting shops, so finding a good meal was unsuccessful. But the 7/11 is down the block, so and buses and trams are steps away. The staff was incredibly helpful. Overall a good place to stay. "

"Excellent location and clean room, breakfast was nice too. Also wanted to give a shoutout to the wonderful hotel staff who promptly answered my email query about a makeup pouch i left there and sent it to my next hotel. Would stay there again if i have the opportunity to visit Matsuyama another time."
