Designed for families and groups of friends, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite and direct beach access via the coastal bush track from the backyard.



From the heated magnesium pool with integrated spa seating and massage jets, to multiple living spaces and tropical gardens, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a memorable Sunshine Coast escape.



Whether you're planning slow mornings by the pool, beach adventures, or long afternoons entertaining with family and friends, Villa Solara offers the perfect setting.



The heart of the home is a spacious open-plan living area where large glass doors connect seamlessly with the outdoor entertaining space. Relax on the oversized lounge, enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, or simply unwind in the comfort of fully ducted air conditioning throughout the home.



The designer kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for extended stays, featuring generous stone benchtops, quality appliances, a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, butler's pantry and a Breville coffee machine. Gather around the dining table for shared meals or enjoy casual breakfasts at the kitchen island.



Outside, the home truly shines.



The expansive covered deck overlooks lush tropical gardens and the resort-style heated magnesium pool, complete with integrated spa seating and massage jets. Heated to approximately 28°C during winter, the premium magnesium mineral system creates a gentler, more luxurious swimming experience all year round. Fire up the BBQ, relax beside the outdoor fireplace, soak up the sunshine on the pool lounges or simply enjoy the peaceful sounds of the surrounding bushland.



From the backyard, a picturesque coastal pathway winds through native vegetation and takes you directly to the beautiful sands of Wurtulla Beach -perfect for morning walks, swimming, surfing or watching the sunrise.

Travelling with Your Dog?

One well-behaved small to medium dog (under 20kg) is welcome by prior approval only - please do not instant book if you have pet stay request.



The side yard is securely fenced, however the main backyard opens onto the coastal reserve and is not enclosed.



To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of this premium residential neighbourhood:



One well-behaved small to medium dog under 20kg may be accepted with prior approval.

Dogs must be house-trained and non-destructive.

Pets must never be left unattended.

Dogs are permitted on downstairs tiled areas only.

Dogs must remain on a lead when entering or leaving the property.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and any damage caused.

Cats are not permitted.



A $100 pet fee applies.



Things to Know

The magnesium pool is heated to approximately 28°C during June, July and August. The pool cover should be replaced overnight to help maintain the water temperature.

No Schoolies, parties or events.

Bookings from guests under 20 years of age travelling without family are not accepted.

Villa Solara is located within a quiet residential neighbourhood. Sunshine Coast quiet hours apply after 10:00pm, and guests are expected to respect our neighbours at all times.
