  • Summary:

    Spend a wonderful holiday in this gorgeous one level renovated beach style home and located only a few minutes from the beach. The house is located a picturesque 5 minute drive from Sunshine Beach Village and a 7 minute drive to Hastings Street and Noosa Heads. The fenced rear garden with herb box, sparkling blue pool area & Weber BBQ are perfect for long days playing with the children and soaking up the sun. Plenty of space for all the family. Small dogs approved with prior notice pls



    The Space:

    Welcome to our lovely beach-style home, thoughtfully laid out over one spacious level — perfect for families with young children or older guests seeking easy access and relaxed coastal living.



    The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area opens seamlessly onto a large wooden deck overlooking the pool — perfect for alfresco dining or relaxing evenings while the kids play. The deck’s BBQ makes entertaining effortless, and from the living area, you can easily keep an eye on the children enjoying the crystal-blue pool and secure garden.



    The master bedroom features a large ensuite and overlooks the pool area, offering a peaceful retreat. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top) plus a single trundle bed underneath — with convenient dual access to the family bathroom, complete with a freestanding soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.



    You’ll rest easy with luxury hotel-grade white linens, fluffy towels, and stunning Leif bathroom products provided for your stay.



    Double garage and very short walk to the beach ensure you have the perfect Noosa holiday.



    All three bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned for year-round comfort, and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the home. The property also includes a double garage and is just a short stroll to the beach, ensuring the ultimate Noosa holiday experience.



    We welcome one small dog (under 15 kg) per booking — please follow our pet rules and clean up after your furry friend. (A $100 pet fee applies.)



    Bed configuration:

    Master Bedroom – Queen bed, ensuite.

    Bedroom 2 – Bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top) + single trundle

    Bedroom 3 – Queen bed.



    Guest Access:

    You will have access to the entire house, garden and pool area and double garage.



    The Neighborhood:

    The property is located in a very quiet residential area of Noosa. It is only a five minute drive from Hastings Street and the main beach, while only a few minutes' walk from the gorgeous Castaways Beach.



    Getting Around:

    The house is located only a few minutes walk away from miles of fabulous Queensland coastline and swimmable beach. We are conveniently located a short 5 minute drive from Peregian Beach and Sunshine Beach Villages where you can find a host of amenities. Noosa Heads is a 7 minute picturesque car journey away. Brisbane Airport is a 1.5 hour drive away and Sunshine Coast airport is only 30 minutes away.



    You can easily drive anywhere in the area. We are lucky to not have to worry about traffic jams in our quiet serene area.



    Other Things to Note:

    Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions

    Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.



    These laws also include lights being left on at night, excessive car parking (or parking on front of neighbours properties) and use of other residents' bins. Please ensure that you are aware of these laws as they have been agreed to in our terms and conditions.

    For bookings for 10 days or more we can organise a mid stay clean and linen change. Please let us know prior to your arrival (please note this will be at a cost to the you as the guest).



    Outdoor Sun Umbrella - Please ensure the umbrella is down when not in use.



    Pool & Gardens - our garden is maintained by Steve and our pool is maintained by Poolwerx Noosa. They attend to them on a bi-weekly service and do not need to enter the house.



    Noosa is built on a sand dune and we are surrounded by National Park. Due to our beautiful warm climate we do have to share our Noosa home with ants and insects. It is very hard to eradicate them completely but you can take steps to ensure they are kept to a minimum. Please do not leave food and sugary items out at any time. Ants do tend to come inside more when the weather is very dry or if heavy rain is coming.



    Please only use the pool between the hours of 7am and 9pm. Please respect our neighbours right to peaceful enjoyment and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. There is a pool scoop for leaves located to the side of the house in the rear garden.



    Swimming Pool - the pool is not heated. As we have all year round gorgeous weather the majority of swimming pools in Queensland are not heated. The National Aquatic Centre is a 5 minute drive away where you can find an undercover heated childrens swimming pool, cafe and outdoor 25m and 50m swimming pools.



    (Average winter temps are between 20 - 25 degrees during the day).

    We will leave you in peace during your stay but please reach out to the helpful Host Angel Noosa team should you have any queries before or during your stay.

Very nice property, dog friendly, but not 1 type of plant in the back yard( Moses - in - a - cradle) or Tradescandia Spatheca but we just watched our previous one out side.The pool amazing, the house had everything you needed to enjoy our stay.
