The Space:

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, and a range of convenient small appliances.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, as well as one allocated parking space in the complex garage. You’ll also enjoy access to the complex facilities, including the pool, spacious outdoor seating areas, and communal workspaces.

Perfectly located just 1.4 km from both Cotton Tree Beach and Maroochydore Beach (patrolled), the apartment offers easy access to cafes, restaurants, Ocean Street, Sunshine Plaza, and Aldi. With plenty of parks, playgrounds, and coastal paths nearby at Cotton Tree, it’s an ideal base for a relaxing escape.

Public transport is also conveniently nearby, with bus stops only a 6-minute (400m) walk on Aerodrome Road, providing northbound routes to Coolum and Noosa, and southbound connections to Mooloolaba and Kawana.

*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
