DAVID LOW WAY ACCESS - FAMILIES WITH TODDLERS *** Please note that the property backs on to the David Low Way, as you can see in the photos, so may not be suitable for small toddlers, with direct access to the road from the backyard grassy knoll hill. Cars are not visible unless sitting on the grassy knoll. Noticing car noise is comparable to any regular through street (due to the property's elevation) and is non-offensive and blends in very quickly. All guests have agreed they were pleasantly surprised.
