Both bedrooms have access directly to the fully fenced rear courtyard with luxury lounge area, private pool with fantastic water feature and sun loungers. There is a double garage with internal access directly into the property.

A set of stairs will lead you up to the beyond beautiful open plan modern kitchen, living and dining area. High ceilings, air conditioning and fans ensure this area is always cool and enjoyable. The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons including a pod Nespresso compatable pod machine. The furnishings are all coastal luxury with breathable linen and cottons.
