SANDS BEACH HOUSE neighbours 10 km of pristine beach and is a relaxed getaway for up to six people, tucked behind sand dunes on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

The owners of SANDS beach house love travel and think it is always nice to get a little more than a ‘bare bones’ in a holiday house. For that reason you will find a few things here you won’t find in a standard holiday rental. Please feel free to use these extras to make your stay more enjoyable and, in the spirit of goodwill, leave them in good condition for other guests to benefit from and replenish consumables where possible.


Animals and Pets
A dog may stay if approved prior to booking. A pet fee will apply. Your dog must not touch soft furnishings or carpeted areas. Please pick up after them, or an excess cleaning fee will apply. You agree to not leave your dog inside the beach house if you are not inside. Cats are not accommodated.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Our Manager, who lives near the house, will assist you. Access is via a unique code and smart lock.

The Neighbourhood
Local supermarket, pharmacy, bottle shop, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. House A sleeps 6 people. House B next door sleeps another 6. If you book both houses you can sleep up to 12 people.

Beach bumming
Go joyfully and go often. Long walks along the beach at dusk can be better than medicine. It’s a 200 metre walk to the beach via the track.
