Renovated Beach House in the Heart of Mooloolaba

Our renovated beach house is ideally situated in the heart of Mooloolaba. Just a short stroll from Mooloolaba Beach, the esplanade, surf club, wharf, and a variety of fantastic shops, restaurants, and cafes. This home offers direct canal access to the Mooloolah river and is the perfect blend of convenience and tranquillity. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac street, it provides a relaxed space for couples, families and friends to enjoy.

THE PROPERTY
This charming 3-bedroom holiday home offers a relaxed, beachy vibe with polished concrete floors, high ceilings, and exposed timber beams. The open-plan living area seamlessly connects to a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a servery window that opens up to outdoor entertaining space. Additional features include reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans throughout.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed
- Built-in robes in all rooms
- Ceiling fan in each bedroom

Bathrooms:
- Ensuite bathroom (incl. toilet & bath tub / shower over bath) off the master bedroom plus
- Brand new bathroom (incl. second toilet and washing machine) for bedrooms 2 & 3.

Outdoor Areas:
- Covered outdoor veranda adjacent to the house with dining area
- Fully fenced backyard with ā€œbattle axeā€ access (4 m wide) to a canal with direct access to the Mooloolah river (small bridges, so no access for deep water vessels but smaller boats and water craft are fine)
- Waterfront deck (4m wide x 12m long) is perfect for relaxing, fishing, or enjoying sunset views
- Ideal launching area for stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking

This versatile and practical home is perfect for friends, couples, and families with kids. Plus, there's a park just across the road with a small playground and plenty of space for kicking a ball!

Guest access:
A secure key box is available and the access code will be provided upon arrival.

We live nearby and are always available to assist, though we won’t be on the premises during your stay. We truly enjoy being Vrbo hosts and are excited to share the wonderful Sunshine Coast lifestyle with you. We hope your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. Other details to note:
The home also features a self-contained one-bedroom granny flat apartment, which we own and it is permanently rented. This apartment is separated by a block wall and carport, with its own private entry and yard on the other side of the house to ensure your privacy.

Bloody rained out - No fault of the host or the accommodation. House was well set up on arrival with some great survival groceries, including coffee! Grandchildren enjoyed walks to the beach and the amazing beachfront playground opposite the Mantra. Very convenient to shops and amenities.

Lovely home for a holiday, great location and all that you need. Wonderful to take our fur baby with us so she could enjoy a family get to get together. Only recomendation would be replace pillows. Otherwise Beds comfy and having queens is perfect. Towels soft and fluffy. Happily book again 😃

This is such a fantastic holiday house. Quiet location within a 10 minute walk to everything, beach, coles, cafe's, surfclub. The kids loved being on the canal, loveing the easy access for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding.

The enclosed backyard, whilst compact, was perfect for small dogs. The deck at the edge of the canal is seperated by a pool gate, keeping pets and little ones safe. We had everything we needed and more. The house and yard were perfect for our family with 2 small dogs. The beach and Coles were both a short walk away.

The house is comfortable. The kitchen was great, with a lovely bifold window and the concrete floors were easy to keep clean. It is in a suburban area, so no views and a decent walk to get to the beach. There was one air conditioning unit for the entire house. We chose this house as it was fully fenced and we wanted to bring our small dogs with us. For that reason, it served the purpose of our trip. However, the back yard was quite small and rain soaked, so it wasn't ideal. There are a lot of cars parked on the street, so getting the car in and out of the car port wasn't always easy. And unfortunately, we did have to use the car quite a bit. I think this would be well suited to a young family that is happy to be a short distance from the heart of Mooloolaba, or for those travelling with their family pets. For the price, I think I would prefer an apartment that has ocean views and where you can walk easily to the beach.

Very good place for my wife, dog and I to relax. The shower over the bath could use some grab rails and a non-slip bath mat would be appreciated. The house was very clean and the owner contacted us to see if we needed anything. A very good experience overall.

6 beautiful nights away at this lovely beach house. Perfect setting, backing onto the water. Actually it was perfect location general. Close to shops, beach, parks etc. I could not rate this place higher. We really enjoyed our time and the service we got from a simple message to check we arrived safe and everything was going well to a message asking how our stay was. Recommend this place for couples looking for a romantic getaway right through to families with pets!
